The Theater is equipped with two elevators located on either side of the lobby. They are accessible from both levels of the parking garage and main ground floor lobby.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for performances at The Theater. Please contact the Box Office or ask an usher for how to obtain the devices prior to the show beginning.
Several wheelchair spaces with accompanying companion seat are available on the Orchestra Level for all shows on a first-come, first-served basis. The Balcony is not accessible, except by staircase. Wheelchair positions are clearly marked on the ticketing platform. When ordering tickets at the Box Office or over the phone, be sure to mention your need for wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs.
There is an accessible family restroom on the orchestralevel, as well as extra accessible restrooms located on floor A. Other, non-accessible restrooms are located on 2nd floor of the theater
American Sign Language (ASL)
Sign language interpretation can be scheduled for performances with advanced notice. Please submit a request for sign language interpretation a minimum of two weeks prior to your selected show by contacting the box office or the presenting organization
Once renovations are complete, the Box Office will be located inside the ground floor lobby at 131 North Chestnut Street, right at The Theater. Box Office hours will be added once it is open for business.
