Finding The Theater
The Theater At Innovation Square is conveniently located between GEVA Theatre and the Eastman School of Music, less than two blocks from The Strong National Museum of Play.
Nestled in the corner of Broad and Chestnut, The Theater is just blocks from the 490 exit to Clinton Street. The dedicated underground parking garage at Innovation Square provides ample parking for events at The Theater with elevator access directly to the main lobby.

The main entrance to the Innovation Square Parking Garage is found on Chestnut street, with a secondary entrance located on Court street. Please see images to below to find the entrances.
PLEASE NOTE: All entrances to the Innovation Garage have speed doors that are CLOSED. These doors will open as you drive down the ramp.
Directions & Parking
From I-490 W, use the right lane to take exit 16 toward Downtown/Rochester.
Follow S Clinton Ave and turn right on Broad Street.
The Theater is located in the corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets.

From I-490 E take exit 15 toward NY-31, keep left. Follow signs for Route 31 then turn left on Chestnut Street. The Theater will be on your left.

Parking is available on-street (free evenings and weekends) along Broad Street and Chestnut Street. Parking is also available in three nearby garages: Midtown Garage, Washington Street Garage and Innovation Square Garage.

When parking in Midtown and Washington Street garages, please exit the garage at street level and make your way to the main entrance of The Theater, located in the glass doors facing the courtyard at 131 Chestnut Street.
When parking in Innovation Parking Garage, follow the signs for The Theater (several left turns) and look for the elevators that will take you directly to The Theater level on the second floor. Please note that Innovation Parking Garage has a height restriction- oversize vehicles should choose other options.

Entrances to the Innovation Square Parking Garage are located on Court Street and Chestnut Street as shown on the map to the left and below.
PLEASE NOTE- all entrances to the Innovation Garage have speed doors that are CLOSED and will raise as you drive down the ramp.
When using the Court Street entrance, please use the left-most lane. The other two lanes will take you to the Midtown Garage
